This was one of the first research posts I did. Doing this research taught me a great deal. It helped me understand the strategy behind one of the biggest investors in our city.
The response I got from this post opened a lot of doors for me. As a result of this post, I was interviewed on the “Alareia Master Class Podcast” (episode #41). From that meeting, all kinds of great things have happened to me and my business.
I sent this data out to my market research list almost a year ago, but I realized it’s not on my blog anywhere. Hopefully it can benefit some people who weren’t subscribed then.
I speak to a lot of newer investors, and out-of-state investors looking at our market. The statistics below should be especially informative for both groups.
